How We Work

By working in partnership with several local architects including Wilder Architecture and Planning, Fa’nas Architecture and 641 West Design, VMC is able to offer full design-build services. VMC is also happy to work with any architects or plans you have.

VMC is happy to build on either a Guaranteed Maximum Price (also called fixed fee) basis or a Time and Materials (also called cost-plus) basis.
